It is with great sadness that �鶹��Ƶ���� observes the passing of Hershel “Woody” Williams, the last living Medal of Honor recipient from World War II. Williams was a major proponent of Glenville State’s West Virginia Veterans’ Legacy Project that took place in 2012.
