GSC Student Receives National Scholarship

 Courtney Clevenger, a Lewis County native and junior music education major at Glenville State College, has been chosen as one of eight female college students in the nation for the 2010 Women's Band Directors International Scholarships.

 The Annual GSC Music Audition Day is scheduled for Tuesday, February 15th. The schedule for the day includes a campus tour, presentations from the Fine Arts Department Chair and Financial Aid, and several music and voice professors.

 Noted photo-journalist Mark Romano's first solo photography exhibit is currently on display in the Glenville State College Fine Arts Gallery. One Hundred Years of Location Photography in Appalachia features thirty-four black and white photographs depicting life in West Virginia.
